Tenant Search and Vetting

Appraisal and Inspection of the property. Marketing of the property on our website To Let signs placed at the property Arrange and Conduct Viewings Vetting of potential Tenants - Credit Check; Reference Check. Compile and provide full Inventory. Draw up a Schedule of Condition Report per furniture and contents. Provide a Tenancy Agreement and serve AT5 Notice.

Collect Deposit and transfer of same to Landlord’s nominated bank account Facilitate the distribution of keys Collect final meter readings and inform utility providers of change of tenant Advise Local Authority regarding responsibility for Council Tax Provide information to the Landlord regarding regulations for fire, gas and electricity safety and local registration.
