Tenants

Wellesbourne Properties look after both landlords and tenants as all of our clients are equally important to us.

We arrange accompanied viewings to suit our tenants’ and landlords’ needs.

Our tenancy agreements  are designed to be easy to read and understand, whilst complying with all legal requirements and regulations

After viewing and selecting a property, tenants will be required to fill in a questionnaire. We will then take references on behalf of the landlord. These comprise of a credit reference, pay slips and employers reference. Where possible, we will also take references from previous landlords.

Once these references have been obtained, we will arrange a mutually agreeable entry date. Our tenants are always delighted that our in-property welcome pack contains items we all need when moving home - such as tea and coffee!

We will arrange the first property inspection once our tenants have settled in. We also leave a portfolio with useful telephone numbers, instructions for heating and appliances and what to do in an emergency.
