Wellesbourne Properties is a family company established in October 2004. After trading as a successful private landlord since then, we have recently decided to diversify into becoming a leasing agent.

We have a highly professional body of staff behind us, doing their utmost to make all of our clients as comfortable as possible in their accommodation. Our properties are all of the highest standard and for this reason, we are geared towards the professional client. All of our homes are situated in the most sought after areas of Kilmarnock.
 
Our accommodation is of hotel standard. For that personal touch, a welcome pack is left for our clients when they first take residence. We aim to ensure that all future properties, whether purchased by Wellesbourne Properties or represented by us as leasing agent, are in the same desirable locations and of the same high standard.

The feedback we have received to date as all been very positive and has praised our professionalism, our dedicated staff and the rapport we build with our clients.

Our focus is to give our clients an easy way to find a new home and landlords the right tenants for their property.
